Gregory J. Burnight

Greg Burnight is a principal with the law firm, having joined the firm in 1991, upon his admission to the California State Bar.

In 2005, Mr. Burnight was honored to be named as one of the Los Angeles legal community’s Business and Corporate Law Rising Stars, and to be tabbed as one of the Southern California Super Lawyers for 2005 by Law and Politics and Los Angeles magazine.

Mr. Burnight specializes in Corporate, Real Estate, and Business Transactional Law, Probate and Trust Litigation and Administration, and Estate Planning.

Mr. Burnight was born and raised in Long Beach, California. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science. He attended law school at the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1991. Mr. Burnight is active in the Long Beach, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and State of California Bar Associations. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Long Beach Bar Association and is a past President of the Long Beach Barristers.

Mr. Burnight’s civic, charitable, and service activities include participation in the Rotary Club of Long Beach; serving on the Board of Directors of the Long Beach Day Nursery; and participation with the University of California Alumni Association and Bear Backers. Mr. Burnight is a graduate of the 1998 class of Leadership Long Beach.
